Had
100 ml FF yogurt
30 gram muesli homemade

60 grams butter chicken curry with Marrows. ( marries fried in butter and olive oil)
Ok reboot
7 ml mag and cal powder
2 teaspoons coconut oil
Hot tea
Blitz
Drink
Fast all day .
Stop eating out .
Prep food at home !make bone
Broth . Bake bone 60 min at 190
Then boil
Carrots,parsley , leeks , onions
60min
Salt pepper
Strain
147.5 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
