on empty. no food and only 16oz water in almost 17 hrs. I expect to be the same or higher tomorrow. Day 3 tread walk tough. heart rate btwn 107-118. slowed it down 2/10ths. avg 3.0 mph avg 1% incline. not as sweaty or out of breath, but much much more intense burning around ankle muscles and lower back. pains there early on and throughout. ranged btwn a 5/6 and sometimes almost a 7. if pain pattern continues or increases, a day off will become necessary. a day off wasn't in my plans.
