Feeling a little better today. I didn't do so well yesterday. I didn't go off plan and eat more than I should, I just didn't eat the way I should have. I know that doesn't make sense, but I didn't eat enough veggies or carbs. I didn't feel like eating all day really. I didn't eat lunch until 3pm and just snacked for dinner. I was also one glass shy of my eight for the day. I was just grumpy and crampy all day. Then I had an emergency with one of my pet snakes, so my nerves were rattled last night. <sigh> But today is another day! Have a wonderful Tuesday all.
