I have been eating on my Blood type for about 1 month now. I have enjoyed the challenge of working with new food groups and becoming a vegetarian. Though, I do not look forward to those moments when I really want to have the foods I know I shouldn't eat, like red meat, pastas & starches or cheese or ice cream.
I have recently removed my gallbladder and have learned I have pancreatitis and liver stress. I must have a low fat diet to accommodate and manage my health, as well as learn about what foods, or food types, I have to avoid to help.
