Eating healthy on the road is a challenge. Not only what to eat, but how to find time to eat those little meals during the day. Also a challenge: who will notice you are eating differently than the majority. Seems people fall into two groups; those that want to tempt you, and those that want to talk of nothing else except for dieting/eating. Trying to talk business, focus on business, becomes more difficult in both cases. I head home tomorrow afternoon, and should be home in time to go to the gym with my husband. I much look forward to that time with him.
