Starting the healthy kick again... 1 month until Cancun, so it's the perfect time to start.

After seeing pictures from Christmas and New Year's, I don't like how I look. When I reached my goal before, I felt great, looked great, and was very confident in my appearance. I have lost that confidence, and want to feel that way again.

It's never too late to start the change. You can do it!
164.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
