Well Hi. I hope I don't feel retarded for having one of these later. But losing weight was one of my New Years Resolutions. So here I am. Today is a good day. I'm keeping my cravings under control, and my caloric intake pretty low...excluding my morning coffee, which i need to ditch for juice or water or both. Anyway, I think I'm going to make a food log in here to manage my cuts and see progress hopefully.
1/27/10 coffee (500 cal) toast, dry (100 cal) 1/4 piece of bacon (25 cal) 3 raw carrots (90 cal) lunchmeat (45 cal) hot chocolate (100 cal) mcdouble (421 cal) ___________________________ total so far (1281 calories)
I'm not really great at exercising, but I'm trying to get that way. I'm doing jump rope recently. It's hard but I need to build up stamina.

Whoa, 500 calories for coffee?! Maybe you could try green tea, if you like tea.. You're so pretty! Good luck :)

I manage to make myself cappucinos every morning that have almost no calories - half a cup of 2% milk, splenda, and as much espresso as you want, 200 or less calories. (Change to skim milk, and it'd be even less.) I do realize caffeine itself isn't great, and water would be far better, etc., but I'm not ready to give that up... so until then, I saved myself a great deal switching from starbucks to home. =).
