Monday, June 3rd (EFS Day 3 of cycle 2)
I did OK with exercise and the last snack today. I had a project deadline so I sat down front of the computer most of the time and I felt guilty for going a bit overboard on last snack (I had over 100 calories because I was still hungry!). So, I kinda feel heavy from that (and yesterday too). :( I only did 30 minutes of workout by doing the DDR in the evening.
Breakfast: 1 cup of cheerios with 1/2 cup of soymilk, flaxseed, wheat germ; banana, and coffee Meal #2: 1 small salad with 1 hard-boiled egg Snack:: Small cup of sherbet Meal #3: 1/2 cup of brown rice with stir-fry vegetables & soy sauce Snack: 2 laughing cheese pieces & peanuts mixed with raisins and 2 hershey kisses
I'll do better tomorrow!
