OK, so went for sushi last night double dating with my gym partner (good friend) and her husband.
My friend and I both agree....OMG NEVER AGAIN..The guys with their crazy fast metabolism ordered and ordered and we both overate..and this morning still felt full to nauseated.
Last night, I must have slept wrong because I am having muscle spasms on my left hip and side. I took two naproxen and stretched. Walking reduces pain.
Went to the gym this morning and still managed to do a good cardio work out but now that I am sitting, when I get up, I am going to be in pain :P
Going to go light on food today as I am still full from yesterday's meal. Dinner is Shepard's Pie which will be higher in calorie anyway.
Bleh..
