I have fallen off the wagon a bit by munching on Halloween candy. I enjoy the Granny Smith apples this time of year too so I have had a few of those dipped in fat-free caramel dip. I plan to use at least the next week to eat only phase one friendly foods to at least to get rid of the extra pound and a half and go from there. I also need to make a commitment to doing the crunches everyday. One time before I gained a pound and doing the crunches (at least 50-75 a day) worked the pound off in no time.
