Week 3 of 3rd 6wks, SUCCESS, 137.2, 36.2% body fat, 83.2 musc mass, trace ketones, 45 min level 7 elliptical.

Breakfast--unintentionally skipped. Lunch-salad with insides of sandwiches (at a work buffet), dinner ceasar salad, portabella mushroom appetizer, 2 glasses red wine.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
