Last night I was on elliptical for 45 minutes, and came home had one slice of stuffed pizza plus four hot baked chicken wings, that's probably why I only lost 0.4 kg = 0.8 pounds since yesterday. But fortunately my waist dropped one inch from 28 to 27, and boy fat dropped from 32% to 30.2%. Need to drink more water though, it's still 50%.
I'm looking for good workout musics that last 60 minutes long so I won't get bored on the elliptical.
Knees and elbows feeling sore, I'm probably going to rest today, so watch out on the food!
