Try to weigh at 7 everyday.
Did 2 day 24 hour fast .
Had two big slices of veggie pizza and two bars from Woolies.
Two cups tea with milk
144.4 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
