I am satisfied with this weigh-in! I was hoping to see a bit lower but I'll take it for now. In the next two weeks I am hoping to see 174. My all time low was 143 in 2008. My goal is to see that number by Summer. That's roughly 35 pounds by July. It's doable but I'll need to really focus.. hence the 'Booze Free for 12 Weeks' challenge ;) I'm just gonna keep on keepin' on and do better for me this year.
