Red beans and rice didn't miss her.

Maybe I should be embarrassed to admit that Sir Mix A Lot is in fact on my playlist. While it was blaring into my ears on the elliptical this morning, one line that has always perplexed me has stuck with me all day. Seriously, what does this mean?!?!? So, if red beans and rice didn't miss her and she has a rotund bottom...does this mean she captured a big bum from eating the red beans and rice? Too many carbs? I mean, there is some healthy fiber in beans that should balance things out especially if the rice is brown, right? How did Sir Mix A Lot know this stuff back in the 80s before anti-carbs was such a thing? In any event, I'm probably just going to stick with eating chicken for lunch today and steer clear of the Spanish rice. My healthy rump doesn't need any encouragement.
