Well yesterday was my no exercise day for the week. The day before I felt really bad but still pushed through. Yesterday I felt better but Eric had that game and before it I was chillin' and after it was late so I let it go. Last week Friday was my "OFF" day so this week Thursday was. That means I need to work out the weekend, but that is ok I will do it and be ok with it.
