Started the Fasting 5 for 5 yesturday. Hoping to have a weight loss. Haven't lost or gained in 2 weeks. My calorie intake is 1000 to 1400. For my goal weight it says my RDI % should be 2400. Not sure what to do. I'll just have to keep changing it up til I get it right.
