Have to say, I'm disappointed - - no weight loss yet, and I have been pretty diligent in keeping accurate records of all food and the exercise (or lack thereof) for this first week. I DO have a problem keeping the sodium (salt) as low as it should be - - maybe I have water weight issues? ? ?
