Week 3 of 3rd 6 weeks, success BUT went mildly out of control--:)
Went out to dinner with a friend--ordered a bottle of wine b/c it was half price (cheaper than two glasses)--since I was walking--no problem with having a little more than I would--when I got home those little dove bar ice creams were there just waiting for me--one wasn't enough--3 minibars. They were good. Did I mention they were good? What's more--I realized the chicken I ordered--although delicious--was floured before cooking. That was good too.
Today I have a going away luncheon for my boss where we are paying 50 bucks a person--I probably won't eat much--bummer. And, I have a 4 hour reception that we are being honored at so I need to stay the whole time. Set up for a not terrific day--we'll see.
138.2, 35.8% body fat, musc mass 84.2, neg ketones (no kidding), no exersize.
Breakfast atkins bar, coffee w half and half, lunch salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, dinner chicken, brocolli, bite bread/butter, lots of cabernet, 3 small dove bars.
No halloween candy though :)
