3.3 miles walked this morning; doggies along for 2.6 miles.
DH had eye surgery today at a surgery center just over an hour away. With travel time, pre-op time, recovery, and travel back, it took up the rest of my day. He's doing fine, but now needs to keep his head in a lying down, side position "as much as possible" for about a week. A follow-up appointment will also be coming within 48 hours plus I need to get some prescriptions filled for him tomorrow.
My food was strange today, but it was the best I could do. On plan foods, just high calories.
BTW, I picked up a new-to-me Atkins Day Break bar at Sam's yesterday (along with the new Atkins cookbook) and that formulation (Chocolate Hazelnut) is FANTASTIC!!! For those that can handle the bars occasionally, give this flavor a try!
