Being my first entry I think I will give some background. My heaviest weight was recorded at the Dr.'s office about a month ago 191 lbs. then at the Dr.'s office on the 14 th. of January I was down to 189 lbs. I started with this website on the 20th. It was the first time I had ever tried to count calories or even really pay any attention to what I was eating. I used to eat maybe one meal a day so you would think I would be losing weight not gaining but that was not the case. I started eating breakfast and lunch as well as dinner and snacks keeping track of calories and what I was eating. The first couple of days although I was eating more than ever it seemed as though it was only making me want to eat more so strangely I was hungry a lot. I thought this is not going to work but 3 days in and I am no longer hungry all the time and I suppose that whole thing about getting your metabolism moving works because I am losing weight.......How crazy is that?
