Dayna Mc's Journal, 23 January 2010

I have been on WW more times than I can count and only once, the first time, I lost over 30 lbs. I don't know why I can't do it again. I just get tired of trying and it's easy to give up. This is my first week, second day, back on and I am enjoying it so far. It is nice to eat when you are really hungry and not because you are bored or stressed or just because food is sitting in front of you..........Well this time I am going to give it all I got and try so hard to stick. My goal is to make it to a Lifetime Member!

I know what you mean Dayna, I think this is about my 4th try. My youngest daughter Diandrea, is getting married later this year so, I am setting my goal for my dress in a smaller size of course, but more importantly, I am not feeling my best right now with this weight, especially as I get older, the bones don't like it.That's my challenge for now.
