Nearly 2 lbs in two days... I want to celebrate but I'm still struggling to eat and meet my macros every day. Although this weigh in is 20 lbs down from where I started, my concern is that I'm actually losing muscle. I've always heard/known that not eating promoted fat gain, as the body starts to starve. But the anxiety for my new job is really hindering my appetite. Many days I have to force myself to get a few bites of salad in. Usually I can stomach dinner, but any midday snack or meal is a struggle. I think it's partly because I eat at work but also due to my medications which help my anxiety but are known to suppress appetite. I'm trying really hard to get my macros in every day but it's been a challenge. I'm considering packing a bag of just snacks so that I can continuously eat little things throughout the day so that I'm not getting most of my macros at dinner.
190.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

P.s. I have been religiously on Keto since Jan 1st, and this is really the first time I've struggled meeting my macros since starting.
