It's amazing how easy it was to get back into my "life change" diet. I did it a few years back and stuck with it for over three years. Then I changed jobs, I didn't go to my old bad diet but wasn't doing MY diet anymore. With that said I went back to my diet. Now have lost 30 pounds in 38 days. My intestines feel better, my clothing fit right again. Just plan feeling better. Oh and I don't use the word diet as a weight loss program. I go by the true definition. It's what you eat in a day not how to lose weight.
