I started Herbalife the last of August 2011, weighing in at about 190. So you see I have lost a lot for this time period. I am at a plateau; but I also cannot quit snacking since Christmas. I drink my shakes twice day if I can and eat the sensible meal. But, I guess knowing that the candy (chocolate) is in the pantry since the holidays. I try to snack on fruits & have a yogurt daily. Please encourage me to do this. I look & feel so much better; & with Herbalife, it has been easy until Christmas.I am starting a Weight Lsss Challenge tonight at my home. But eithe way, I am going to accomplish this; and together we will do it.
