40-40-20 Diet Plan This was designed for me by NutriShop, and it is pretty good so far. Easy to follow and I am not bloated at all (as I feel usually) I have also started drinking BCAA additive to my water during workout at the Crossfit gym and it really helps with the soreness the next day. I did the low carb thing and it made me feel lousy, so I stopped it. I also tried the low calorie thing 1200 and not only did I not loose weight, I starved! OY So now with the crossfit, got a Groupon and trying it out for a month. The hardest thing is that the gym is full of 20somethings, and I am a 50something! LOL I lack any sort of coordination, rhythm, or balance so it is really embarrassing... but I am not a quitter, I will prevail!
