Breast cancer gave me the final gift of instant menopause... uhhhhgggg I lost my right breast and it looks horrible, and I was in a dark place for a long time. During that time I gained 35 pounds and I feel so awful and unattractive.
I started a boot camp on Saturday, and went again on Monday. I also started a diet that NutriShop gave me, great shop by the way! It is relatively easy, just follow the diet plan. 6 small meals a day, but gotta watch the Avocados because they take up nearly half the fat intake for the whole day!
I plan to weigh myself tonight to check progress, hopefully I have lost weight.
