Went ice skating yesterday. People from work were supposed to show up, but no one did. So it was me, myself, for two hours. It wasn't quite as bad as it sounds. I've learned that it's easier for me to do stuff on my own sometimes.
As a result, my legs are a bit sore. Especially my right knee.
Today I don't have too much planned. Some errands to run downtown, some cardio on the Wii. Nothing super strenuous. I'm going to keep an eye on that knee. It just feels weirdly tight. Not sharp or painful. Just...well...off...
Tonight Ian and I are going to see a show called Cloud 9, then we are celebrating a friend's birthday at a karaoke bar near our house. The problem today won't be lack of exercise - it will be avoiding high calorie temptations!
