I have been working my butt off this week. Joined the gym Thursday and started eating right Fri. My stomach is SO mad at me. I think I'm going through withdrawl from carbs honestly. I'm focusing on high protein and 100 or less carbs per day. It's getting better every day though. A biggie for me is fluid intake. I can go all day without a drink. I have been forcing myself to drink more and hoping I can make a habit out of drinking more fluids. I only ever drink water or diet iced tea. Soda is the devil and drinking calories is just pointless to me. I peeked at the scale this am and got 294 which is 2 pound loss already but I don't weigh in until Thursday so I'm not going to record it, and no more peeking for me until Thursday!
