I am leaving on a 7 day cruise in 9 days. I still need to lose at least 3 lbs. by then. I am trying to really limit the carbs, but I'm a carboholic and am fighting the urge constantly. I know the cravings will subside because I have done low carb before, it's just a matter of time. Wish me luck
