Long week with late nights - did great during the day - lost ground every night - instead of going to bed when I should have I stayed up late doing catch up work and ended up eating. Aaaaahhhh! Have put a picture and a note in my kitchen to myself reminding myself how lousy I feel the next morning after a late night snack... hope it works.
