Had a good workout today at the gym. Came home and found a box of medjool dates (yum!) in the kitchen - walked past it several times... too tempted and gave in - but stopped with just one ! In my pre-FS days, I would have had several but the thought of having to write it down in my daily log made me stop at one I think !! :)

medjool dates are sooooo good! And you are so right, writing things down makes a huge difference. I haven't tracked since I have been here and it shows....
