I have only lost 0.04 in one week. It is driving me crazy, i have an issue with starches/bread, each time i ask them at the center they give me a different answer. Does anyone know what 1 serving means in terms of grams and calories? Please help. i can't live without my bread and it would help to have the proper measurements.

You are probably getting too much starch. That is what they are doing on my plan. They don't care about grams or calories....just their serving sizes. They should have given you a menu plan which contains all the serving sizes. The serving sizes are the same for all plans. They just vary the number of servings per plan.

My book says to stay between 40-50 calories per slice. Preferably whole grain. 2 slices of light bread equals one serving.
