I think I may have broken through my plateau. I've been stuck since I got sick back on Oct 5. (Just a really nasty cold.) At home on Saturday I weighed in at 174 lbs. I usually weigh in a pound or so above what I weigh in at home at the center, so I'm at least hoping for a 176 weigh in today. My scale at home seemed to be stuck at 177 for so long, that I am just amazed it hasn't read that for days...
I did really well this weekend. We went out for dinner on Saturday night at Chilis. I got the Guiltless Salmon. It was delicious, and it was in the book. YUM! I'd definitely recommend it!
