It has been a while since I weighed in. With the holidays I tried to keep my diet in mind but sometimes temptation was just too strong! At work we constantly had cookies, chocolate and other goodies delivered as gifts. I certainly did better than I did last year at this time. My Husband and I still tried to hit the gym regularly even though it was usually only the 2 days a week we met with our trainer. We were both extremely busy and work and working a lot of overtime.
This was the first week in several months we got back to our routine. We went Mon-Thurs and Saturday. We missed Friday because my Husband worked long hours and didn't get enough sleep. I should have still gone but I didnt. :( This week we plan to do better! Time to kick it back into gear! We leave for Jamaica in 3 weeks!!
