i have hurt my Achilles....not pleasant. Its going to be a long time with healing this. So its been challenging to say the least. A new plan is now in the making. I have switched to lchf for a short term solution. Im still doing weights and I am going to get a rower. My gr8 treddy hasnt been used in 6 weeks. I miss the excercise so much but healing this injury is important. The lchf isnt exactly something I will stick to as I already miss the fresh fruit. Though for right now, its going to have to do.
I trust my buddies are doing well. Lets c if this lchf will create the last bit of fat loss I am after.
Stay happy people 😎😎

What I enjoy about being in ketosis is not getting hungry all the time and when you do get hungry it's not "I've got to eat right damn now", it seems more gentle hunger. By the way, cravings for carbs subside after being in ketosis for a while and you sort of don't notice them. Good luck with it.
