Week 3 of 3rd 6wks, success, 138, bf 36.6%, musc mass 83.2, trace keto, no exercise.

Breakfast atkins bar, coffee w half and half, lunch/dinner steak salad, 2 glasses chardonnay, snack celery w blue cheese dressing.

Hi Lori--I eat Atkins Chocolate Chip Granola bars. Very easy to eat--the chocolate tastes real (it probably is). I have it with coffee and they taste awesome.
