Gained a little over a pound but not recording. Not too worried about it because I ate a LOT of food last night at the Chinese Buffet for my nephews birthday. Which makes me wonder, am I not eating enough calories? People, including myself, have this debate all the time. I've been rather faithful to 1400 calories, but I ate a LOT of food last night to the point I felt sick (I know I shouldn't), but it didn't phase my calorie intake too bad I'm guessing. They always say you have to eat to lose weight......

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 January 2012:

I never know about that argument either, Shea. I do what works for me. Some people experiment with higher amounts to see where they should be in order to lose weight. I'd like to do that too, one day, when I have time. Glad you enjoyed the evening out.
