ok guys if anyone out there has anything that will help me. i totally went off the diet yet i saw results. it wasn't my intention to fall off the wagon so to speak but it was a bit to difficult in my house to follow. i live with my parents still and my brother eats all the wrong things and my mom a weight watcher person for years now buys it and i have a 3 mon. old baby and when i get stressed out with him i eat and nothing on this diet is ever easy or fast i seem to go through phases where i want to eat every time he eats which is every 2-3 hrs or so! yikes no wonder im 245! HELP PLEASE anyone with ideas.

Well, eating every 3 hours is actually on the mark with FSD. You're supposed to eat 4-5 times a day. I know it's hard, my husband eats whatever he wants to but you have a choice...to eat what they're eating or eat what you need to in order to lose weight. If you're on Phase 1, you could prepare a large salad and nibble on it throughout the day. Also, cook a bunch of brown rice and just measure out a cup or two as you need it. Always have fruit on hand. Phase 2, you can do the same but incorporate your portion of meat - could be something your mom has, etc. Bottom line is you can't control who you live with and what they're eating right now...but you CAN control what you're eating. You can do it, make a commitment to yourself and you if you fail every once in a while, it'll be okay but get right back to doing well so you'll cancel it out.

Dust yourself off forgive yourself and start again today! not next week it will just add insult to injury! Be patient with yourself I know u can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kimbulie hit it right on the head....concentrate on why you are doing this and know you are worth it! You can do this, you just need to refocus and do it! Hang in there, you are doing great!
