So I started 2 days ago "fresh" on this site with the serious (or so I thought) intent of staying on track. I can shamefully say Thursday and Friday I participated in EATING fests with close friends. Today I made a commitment, and I got that little push from my little sister. We had to take her car to get the oil changed today, so we went to work out at the gym for an hour. I got in 30 minutes of stregnth and 30 minutes of cardio. I am sitting here now hours later SO energized! We are making the commitment to go tomorrow, and the 2 days following that. My anneversary is coming up on the 23rd and not that I'm going to lose all this weight, but I feel confident with balanced diet and exercise, and most of all determination, in 16 days I will feel better about myself and feel confident enough to be that sexy woman my man loves.
