Hey guys, did you miss me? Sorry to be absent for so long.
Life sort of threw me a few curveballs, and by curveballs I mean 98 mph fastballs right at my crotch.
However, things are looking reasonably well for me. I haven't been on the fastsmash diet at all due to stress and moderate depression. I've kind of been on the "Eh, what's the point?" diet where I eat enough to keep going but nothing much else.
Down to 200, looking and feeling better. I'm staying away from sodas, egg yolks, meat, anything that's white or enriched. It's not really a conscious effort, I'm just doing it.
