Last night was hard to sleep, it was way too hot
I was hungry waking up this morning and nearly missed my ride to the gym!!

But I got there weighed up and had my workout

Pretty stoked I lost more weight this morning

But feeling a tad tired so might have a little nap so I don't burn out

Have discovered I can eat foods with higher calorie content if I fit them in right

Who would know I could have the most amazing chicken sausages, and I don't like sausages!!

Feeling sick yet craving a cigarette!!!
