Okay..so here I go. I wanna lose 15+ lbs n 15 weeks. My RDI is 1619 and yesterday I didn't do horrible but I went over and I didn't work out. I'm going to box with my husband tonight though. Yesterday I went over my RDI by about 80 calories..I'm not beating myself up, I'm proud of myself for lasting two days. I eat what I want only in more moderation and I count everything that goes in my body. I've gotta be honest and take responsibility for what I put in my body. Here's to day two and my first entry!
