Day three! So far, I already feel a lot better about myself. I actually slept last night and was able to wake up early enough so I wasn't rushed to get ready for work. Plus seeing my weight go down, even a little bit, lets me know I am on the right track. I failed yesterday on walking on my breaks or lunch but I will try again today. I'm just so stressed with school and work that I feel like I haven't had a day to myself in forever. I miss my boyfriend... :/ Anyways, I look forward to the rest of the day! ~Christina
