Day 4 - No Drinking - Its the weekend officially - baked banana bread and cleaned the house - ate pizza too. A really bad day for food. Monday I am starting @ the gym and I think this will really help a lot. All in all I will be happy to stay the same weight as I know I don't deserve to lose - but the no drinking is one big accomplishment so I'm excited for that. The no alcohol is making me crave sugar and looking for other "rewards" gotta knock that off. But I'm paying attention to what goes in my mouth - its not all good but atleast I'm aware! Encouraged and thinking I'm doing ok!
