oh my God it has been hard to offcus on this diet. Today I feel like I am going to give myself one last chance to do the Atkins and also start exercising for the new year. I need courage.

Just remember this...protein is a natural appetite suppressant. Add more protein to your diet so that you will not be hungry. It is surprising how you will feel. Sometimes I don't get hungry for dinner but I know that I have to eat something to keep the metabolism going. Don't give up!
