I am doing well at the gym so far. Did manage to pull something, my oblique? I am out on the ab crunch machine. No tears about that. It is a little uncomfortable doing a couple other machines but not enough to keep me away. Managed 20min on the eliptical. Not consistantly of course but one day. I can see myself liking it one day, far far in the future. Will sleep good tonight. Cautously optimistic about weighing in tomorrow. Still, whatever the scale says, I am doing well. I am doing what I need to do. I am making lifestyle changes. It will all come out just fine. May sound like an ego trip. I don't mean it to. I am honestly shocked at how far I have come. I am proud of myself. That, my FS friends, is progress for me and I am gratefull. Forward Motion.
