Well I almost blew off my turbine building stair walk again, just like all last week. However, I decided work can wait. It's only around 30 minutes and I feel so much better now - supercharged, really. This past weekend I didn't log any exercise, but I played lumberjack for MANY hours Fri-Sun. Trying to catch up on the stuff I couldn't do with my injured shoulder the past year and a half. I made it through will all my limbs and digits and only minor cuts and scrapes. I'm sure I burned tons of calories doing it.
