Pfff... ok so I'm starting all over once again... looks like the tummy bug didn't do me any good. Need to get back on my horse.
This is day one of strict "personal trainer food". She's asked me to just trust her and stick with it for two weeks. I'm currently training with her 3 days a week and doing two days of Cardio.. Would like to drop at least 3 by the end of this experiment.
