I am starting over today. I was on my way to success and gained almost all of my weight back. I just gave up, don't feel too good about that. Took me a while to get back into it. I love and watch The Biggest Loser. I'm getting re-inspired again, slowly but getting there. I feel good, had a good day at work, good day at home, worked out, watched The Biggest Loser and did okay with food today.
